I haven’t written yet about Masters of Sex, but tonight I had a realization. Given the choice of watching Homeland first or Masters of Sex, I chose the latter.

Still enjoy them both, but the impulse of which to watch first was clear.

Still have a lot of TV shows to write about and three movies (Don Jon, Captain Phillips, and The Fifth Estate).

Another curious turn of events is that I actually have a backlog of things I’ve seen and want to write about instead of a backlog of things I need and want to see!

Which above all else is on my mind? Don Jon. Go see it. I’ll explain why I’m so high on this movie soon. It’s an important film.
