Earlier tonight I took a photograph and shared it on Instagram (marymdalton). It was nothing special, a shot of the Harris Teeter parking lot (Adams Farm location), but the sky was beautiful. I wrote “Even the Harris Teeter parking lot looks good in this light…”

This is the magic hour – the hour surrounding sunset and sunrise. There are so many subtle colors, and they change so quickly.
