If you haven’t been watching GLOW, I’m here to say that the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling are stronger in season two than during the inaugural episodes.

Aside from the now-humorous ’80s fashions (I have no nostalgia for the big hair and sparkly makeup personally), the show is dealing with issues still plaguing us today–racial stereotyping, sexual harassment, sexism–in ways that are relevant but consistent with the mores of the time.

Sometimes girls just want to have fun…watching this series is fun.
